The next question given to Sujit Choudhry by CEOCFO Magazine was what inspired him to form the Center of Constitution Transitions. Sujit Choudhry said that he has worked as an advisor for the creation and amendment of constitutions for many developing countries in the world. Mr. Choudhry says that there is a lot of knowledge out there that can answer the questions that arise when a new constitution is laid out. There are also many questions that are still left unanswered because there is no recorded knowledge of those issues. Sometimes the issues that arise in new constitution formation have never been thought of before.
