Sujit Choudhry Understands that American Constitutional Law is not for Everyone

Constitutional law is a complex field. There is a huge challenge with developing, implementing, enforcing and changing laws that govern how people live. When it comes to creating laws that govern people’s lives, then constitutional law has to be created with great care. Law Professor Sujit Choudhry understands this point. He realizes that every country must have their own unique set of constitutional law. Not even the United States has the perfect constitutional governmental system that can be used by every nation.
