Sujit Choudhry was formerly the Michael Heyman Professor of law at the University of California where he served as Dean.  According to blogs.law.nyu.edu, he has degrees from, Oxford, Toronto, and Harvard. Sujit also worked as a clerk to chief justice Antonio Lamer in a Supreme Court in Canada. He has written more than 90 articles, book chapters, and reports.
